Liquid Rock LLC is owned and operated by Jason Ward, originally from Salt Lake City Utah. Jason moved to Carpinteria from Salt Lake City UT four years ago to follow his heart, ultimately marrying and re-open Liquid Rock to serve an unmet need of unbeatable personal service while providing the highest quality seal coating, striping and asphalt repair. With more than 25 years of experience in asphalt beginning with labor and truck driving, advancing to crew lead, progressing to superintendent and ultimately becoming an owner. Jason is highly resourceful, customer focused and honest ensuring the entire process from proposal to finished driveway or parking lot is a good experience. Through his extensive knowledge in the industry he has completed projects of all size from industrial parking lots to his neighbors driveway. Jason possesses the fundamental skills to successfully meet any customers needs at a fair and competitive price, using state of the art equipment and highest quality materials.
Sealcoating-
Sealcoating a thin liquid layer added over a paved surface to protect it from damage caused by UV rays, rain, weather and fluids from vehicles. It is applied in a 2-coat process and also cures black, providing a dark, fresh look to your pavement.
